Digital Humanities Fall 2025

We are looking to analyze how digital mapping can help predict and track police brutality, influx of crime, and crime hotspots. Digital mapping is a valuable tool used for predicting where crime will take place. Not only can digital mapping be used to stop crime but it is also useful for mapping incidents of police brutality and mistreat. By digitally mapping incidents of police brutality people can publicly record incidents with geolocation, creating documented evidence to help take down corrupt departments.
