The goals of this project is to create a clear visualization of lighting and safety resources on campus. Through the creation of a digital interactive map, it will reveal gaps in lighting and emergency infrastructure, provide a transparent view of nighttime conditions, recommend routes, and support university decision-making on lighting improvements.
The prospective audience who will use it would be WCU staff and students walking at night, those with mobility concerns, and those who live off-campus. Additionally could be designed for prospective students and parents, and the planning organizations of the Borough.
