The project does meet all the requirements of DHM except their Technologies/Tools.
The intro has the information of explaining the project, it explains who made the project and what was their part in it, as well as when it was made and when they finished it. The project has a goal of wanting to focus on the enslaved people’s lives and the history of slavery, they have an audience which is the enslave people’s descendants to give information about their families that were brought to Rose Hall, along with the information that they had to complete the goal. They had data which is the flower on the homepage that shows everyone brought to the plantation, with the scale of the ages of the enslaved people, and their names, Celia E. Naylor’s book, and the documents from 1817-1832. They have a value for the project making it a memorial site and it meets a value of DHM. They have a publication, Celia E. Naylor’s 2022 book (Un)Silencing Slavery: Telling Truths about Rose Hall Plantation, Jamaica, and they have a Social Justice Impact from making the website a memorial site for the enslaved people.
