Overall
Selfiecity talks about the idea that we can learn a great deal about people based on how they take their selfies. They use the concept of reading body language and facial expressions in order to determine mood, as well as how they vary from country to country. It is an interesting topic that not many think about exploring. However, the team who created this website did a great job of presenting the data. Although the site is not perfect, the team who created it we able to effectively present an idea sparks questions, and invigorates further research, which is an important concept in Digital Humanities.

Sustains
First, hats off to the Selfiecity team. Not only were they able to come up with an intuitive idea that sparks interest within the reader, but the site is also very easy to navigate and the data and information are written very clearly. The experiment itself was well-executed. The samples were able to provide a plethora of data that they could analyze. They were then able to effectively interpret that data and support it with data charts, links, and graphs. Overall, very well done.

Improves
Though the project was very well executed, it did has some aspects that, if changed, could make the site much more appealing. We found that though the information was easy to read, the colors were hard on the eyes. The team chose to go with mainly darker colors, but the accents were dark as well. There wasn’t much contrast between the backdrop and the color of the text. There were also grammatical errors. We thought the information was well presented but could have been articulated better. Some of the information was either over-explained or underexplained, especially when explaining their dataset page. Nonetheless, great project, great concept, great presentation.
