The value in the Bestselling Books Project is that it focuses on the connections between the books and the genre tags that are found on the Open Library API. When put into the project, there will be two sides to show each sides of connections linked. The left side establishes each books individually, and when you click on a bubble of a literature, it shows all of the genre tags it connects to. On the right side is the genre tags that when you click on one of the bubbles, it shows all of the books that connects to the subjects.
These connections can be found through the internet where the project was made, and the data were found. Digital Humanities is expanding the real world values to the internet, and this project shows how it relies on linking connections between books and the genre tags. One cannot exist without the other, or the project is null.
