If completed, this project will:
- reduce confusion about where to park
- help students avoid expensive tickets
- show which areas could become free parking zones
- help the Borough and WCU see how the current system harms low-income people
- provide a shared data hub for the community
- support arguments for lowering or eliminating parking costs
The long-term impact:
a more accessible, affordable West Chester for everyone.
