Parking in West Chester, especially around WCU, is expensive, confusing, and inaccessible.
Students, staff, and residents regularly struggle with:
- high meter prices
- expensive permits
- hard-to-find spaces
- strict ticketing
- unclear signage
- lack of affordable long-term options
