There is a relatively strong connection between Supply Chain Management and Digital Humanities. Through the integration of Digital Humanities into Supply Chain Management, we could see a real change in the working conditions of warehouse workers which could be very profitable.
We see a strong emerging connection to digital humanities in supply chain management. This is done through using DH to integrate digital logistics properly to support the digitalization of warehouses. Digital Humanities can be slightly connected to the ethical side of warehouse workers being treated unfairly, due to DH wanting to incorporate new technologies ethically. Ultimately, what confirms the strong connection is their alignment in their values: supply chain management supports fairness, which directly connect to digital humanities believing in a commitment to transparency.
