I wish I never signed my lease to this expensive house. I paid $1,400 dollar per month split between four people. I never took utilities into consideration when looking at apartments. They are NOT INCLUDED and I fund that out after the fact. When I tried to cancel the lease after finding out how much the rent jumped up they said I already signed the contract. Take my lesson when looking at apartments look at utilities and DON’T rent around south campus it is the most expensive housing at WCU.
