The two bathrooms and the nice basement sits this apart from any apartment or housing for student housing. The basement is a good size basement to have a good amount of people over and not feel like you are on top of each other. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an house to rent at wc. The landlord makes you feel like it is your own home and he pretty much leaves you alone which is good but he can be hard to get in touch with when you need him.
