One of the main values of Museum Studies is diversity. As the intersection of culture and education, museums want to showcase a diverse offering of exhibitions to the public. Their main goal is to create community through educating about a variety of experiences so we all can have a better understanding of one another.

Digital Humanities too, emphasizes the importance of diversity. There is an understanding within both discourses that stronger, better, more well-rounded projects/exhibitions are made when you invite more people to sit at the table.
