The Brookings Workforce of the Future Initiative is where the disciplines of finance and digital humanities are connected by the workforce data address’s concepts of economic opportunity and labor. While finance interprets labor market analytics to inform investment decision making and regional economic forecasting, the fields of digital humanities apply much of the data to generate interactive visualizations that explain workforce inequality in a way that is more human centered.
