For Project 2 in DHM280 F2024, I am working solo on Mapping Police Violence, a data-driven project that documents instances of police violence across the United States. The primary goal of this project is to raise awareness and encourage data-informed discussions on police accountability. The project’s purpose aligns with the broader Digital Humanities (DH) goal of using digital tools to increase accessibility and transparency around critical social issues.
