This project was created by using several different tools.\u00a0 The four primary tools that she utilized were Neatline<\/a>, TimelineJS<\/a>, Omeka<\/a>, and SoundCloud<\/a>.\u00a0 This project is divided into three primary categories, each utilizing one of these primary tools.\u00a0 The interactive map which outlines the most important locations of the Whiskey Rebellion, utilizes Neatline which in turn utilizes Omeka.\u00a0 The timeline, which highlights the important dates pertaining to the Whiskey Rebellion, utilizes TimelineJS.\u00a0 The final part of the project, the audio tour, utilizes SoundCloud.<\/p>\n

The interactive map, was created by using Neatline.\u00a0 Neatline, according to their website,<\/p>\n

is a geotemporal exhibit-builder that allows you to create beautiful, complex maps, image annotations, and narrative sequences from Omeka collections of archives and artifacts, and to connect your maps and narratives with timelines that are more-than-usually sensitive to ambiguity and nuance.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It allows historians and other researchers to create their own interactive maps, and even their own timelines.\u00a0 Below is the Interactive Map.\u00a0
