For project 1 of 2024 Spring Semester in DHM 280 our group decided to compare the discipline of Film Studies to the Discipline of Digital Humanities. This analysis is done with the help of the Photographs of Films project by Jason Shulman, an scholarly article on A Digital Humanities Approach to Film Colors, and ImageJ. With the help of these resources we dive into the bigger question of How the Goals and Value of Film Studies align or stray from Digital Humanities.
