Transferology (CollegeSource)
A national transfer credit lookup tool that lets students search how specific courses have transferred between institutions. Used by hundreds of universities including many PA State System schools.
How CreditPath differs: Transferology relies on official institutional data. It shows approved equivalencies but not denied ones, and does not visualize patterns or disparities. CreditPath is community-powered, surfaces rejections, and centers equity analysis rather than administrative matching.
Torn Apart / Separados (XpMethod, Columbia)
A rapid-response DH project that mapped ICE detention infrastructure in the US using public government data, created to make visible the geographic scale of family separation policies.
How CreditPath differs: Torn Apart uses government datasets to expose federal policy. CreditPath focuses on a single institution and collects its own data from affected community members. This is a smaller scale, but a similar commitment to making hidden harm legible through visualization.
