This includes local partners, traditional media, government reports, and vetted social media. ACLED also relies on a network of trained data experts worldwide to collect and review information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACLED data is used by a wide range of individuals and organizations to study and understand political violence and protest around the world.
