Not necessarily for West Chester specifically, but services like libraries\/quiet rooms, office hours, tutoring sessions, and other support systems may be closed\/unavailable at non-traditional hours. An online server like this could be the life ring\/life jacket to students who need help from 12 am &#8211; 12 pm.
