In DHM 280 Project 2, we chose to talk about Hidden Cities. For this assignment, we focused on social and communication centers, as well as the production, sale, and consumption of goods, knowledge, and news, as well as the enforcement and challenge of civic or religious authority. This project involves researchers from universities in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. The context of this project is designed to underline the often overlooked histories we aim to reveal for Exeter, Hamburg, Trento, and etc.
