The team of US and Malian conservators have been cleaning, scanning, cataloging, and rehousing over one hundred thousand photos. The photographers talked about in this research are Mamadou Ciss\u00e9, F\u00e9lix Diallo, Adama Kouyat\u00e9, Abdourahmane Sakaly, Malick Sidib\u00e9, and Tijani Sitou.
