In sociology openness is crucial when addressing social media\u2019s influence on mental health. Open access to data and research, these findings allow for transparency in how social media and how it impacts different groups, plus this age where mental health challenges and solutions are openly discussed. Hopefully it can break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues and allows for more voices to contribute to the conversation, and more diverse experiences and perspectives to be considered. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-831b2db5 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second value would be collaboration.
