While Computer Science engineers powerful AI tools like Claude, Digital Humanities provides the critical framework needed to analyze those tools for ethical bias, cultural impact, and historical accuracy.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; <strong>The Explanation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is why this collaboration transforms both fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Disciplinary Overlap:<\/strong> Technically, building LLMs is a Computer Science feat. However, <em>analyzing<\/em> them\u2014treating an AI model\u2019s &#8220;Constitution&#8221; as a text to be studied for tone and cultural representation\u2014is the work of Digital Humanities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A Transformative Bridge:<\/strong> The combination of Claude\u2019s capabilities (Project) and the concept of &#8220;Vibe Coding&#8221; (Publication) creates a new era for research. The Messages API (Tools) allows humanists to process thousands of historical documents in seconds, a scale that was previously impossible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A Shift in Practice:<\/strong> As seen with &#8220;vibe coding,&#8221; humanists no longer need to be software engineers to build digital tools. They can now focus on their research <em>intent<\/em> (the &#8220;what&#8221;) while using AI to handle the complex technical <em>syntax<\/em> (the &#8220;how&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shared Values:<\/strong> The collaboration is most successful when it aligns on ethical representation.
