Goal
To create a centralized, easy access digital resource connecting people in need with donation sites, food pantries and other food assistance programs. Specifically, I want to build a list of every community pantry around West Chester area. This list will include the hours of the pantry and when it is accessibly, from that a database will be built and the information will be delivered over the internet.
Audience
Primary Users: Individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in the West Chester area. They will use this to locate open pantries which meet their needs.
Volunteers, donors and local organizations who want to help ad participate in these food programs.
What will it make
An interactive digital platform which will list food pantries and donation locations with details such as hours, contact information and the pantry websites.
